About Us:
The Noodle Bin Ferretry was created in late 2023. After 11 years of owning ferrets and 6 years of breeding experience (with pet rats), I longed for the opportunity to breed ferrets. The reason I created my rattery (Ratsalotta Rats) is nearly the same reason I decided to create a ferretry; after years of owning sickly, mass-bred pets, I wanted better for them.
Like most ferret owners, my ferrets were from Marshall and came with a myriad of health issues. I did everything I could do for my ferrets, but I couldn't change the years of poor genetics. I studied and looked far and wide for ferret breeders in the United States (as I'm sure many of you have) and was shocked to see how little there was; most have been closed for years, way too far, or had an extensive waiting list. Not to mention how many scammers I stumbled across claiming to sell ferrets... But one day, I happened to reach out to a responsible ferretry thousands of miles away. They answered all my questions and were quick to help, pointing me in the direction of a ferretry in a closer proximity!
I got my very first lines from Sugar and Spice Ferretry and couldn't recommend them enough! I am now blessed with four ferrets and counting! For now, I only plan on doing a few litters a year while keeping about 8 breeders max.
The overall goal of my breeding projects is to continue to produce well-tempered and healthy ferrets.
We are currently located in Maryland and love to work with other ferretries surrounding the east coast!
